Introducing our all-new SiteCare 20, 60, and 120 website maintenance plans built for performance, security, compliance, and flexibility. After many years of analyzing customer behavior, we have tailored the all-new SiteCare plans to suit the needs of every client based on usage and budget.
The SiteCare 20, 60, and 120 plans provide the exact same features for every customer, with one exception – Content Support minutes. The clue is in the name. SiteCare 20 includes 20 minutes of Content Support, SiteCare 60 includes 60 minutes, and you can guess the rest.
SiteCare subscribers have the flexibility to upgrade and downgrade between the plans to match their budget and needs (any change to the SiteCare plan will take effect at the start of the next billing period) and we will be happy to analyze usage history to determine the most economical plan.
Starting at 0:01 am November 1st, 2023, the new SiteCare plans go into effect immediately and supersede any previous iterations of SiteCare. Over the coming weeks, we will reach out to every customer directly to install the new SiteCare features.
