When Debbie first approached us, we were impressed by her marketing expertise, particularly with video and social media. But her marketing prowess wasn’t adequately reflected in the Intero brokerage page she was then using as her personal website. Showcasing Reviews
Like any top producing Realtor, Debbie has a staggering number of well-deserved reviews. Our designers decided on two areas to let those testimonials shine, building instant credibility with new site visitors. First, the sheer amount of glowing reviews necessitated their own Testimonials page in her site. The next opportunity was applied on her homepage – after a few scrolls down, there is a crisp display of a highlighted review as well as a brief and searchable version of her reviews tool.

The reviews are generated by the Elfsight All In One Reviews app, which is included in our SPEED website maintenance plan. This dynamic feature is the answer to gathering reviews from multiple platforms across the internet and having them automatically and uniformly populated in your real estate website.
Taking Full Advantage of IDX Lead Generation
To solidify her website as a one-stop resource for Bay Area homebuyers, Debbie opted to use the IDX search feature from Real Scout. Our designers reviewed her IDX system’s capabilities and designed ample pathways for visitors to get the best use of these features. Better access to these features led the way to easier lead capture.
The homepage opens with an eye-catching video of a familiar San Francisco scene and seizes the chance to give Debbie’s visitors a jump into her first lead generating feature – accessed with a Search for a Home button.
Staying on the homepage, and appealing to buyers who know exactly where they want to live, a single click directs those visitors to listings specific to their Neighborhoods selection.
Not one to miss a trick – Debbie knew exactly how to gain strong return from both potential leads and Google. Her personal neighborhood summaries confirms her knowledge of the market and the keyword-rich text will undoubtedly gain improved search engine ranking.
