Design Card is a pay-as-you-go service and therefore is not subject to ongoing monthly service fees, which is always good.
A Fairer System
We have many clients who seldom request the assistance of our designers. So, instead of including design time with our website maintenance plans and subsequently increasing the monthly subscription rates, each client can request and pay for design work as needed. If you are not requesting our time, you are not using minutes from your Design Card.
More Flexibility
Design Card has no monthly limit, so it reduces the stress of requesting updates at certain times to use up allocated minutes before the next renewal billing period. You can use your minutes as desired without feeling pressured to use them up before the end of the current billing period.
No Expiration Date
Design Card minutes do not expire so there is no pressure to use them. For example, if you add 30 minutes to your Design Card to cover a 20-minute job, the remaining 10 minutes will stay on your card until your next work request, whenever that may be. You are never penalized for not using your minutes!
Minute by Minute
Unlike other website developers, we calculate all design work to the minute and do not round up to the nearest quarter, half, or full hour. Therefore, if your job takes 18 minutes, then 18 minutes will be deducted from your Design Card, giving you an honest and precise approach to time assessment.
Less Transactions
Loading your Design Card in advance means there’s just one transaction for many smaller jobs rather than charging your card every time you request an update. Fewer transactions saves time, which is perfect for clients who frequently use our website design services.
Complimentary Minutes
All clients will receive 30 minutes loaded onto their Design Card by activating any website maintenance plan. That’s 30 minutes of free design time to use whenever needed. Refill your Design Card when the minutes are low or load it up for your next big website overhaul.
Monthly Report
Your monthly website maintenance report includes a detailed request log of Design Card minutes. This consists of a description of each work request, how many minutes have been used, and how many are remaining. This information can also be requested via email at any time.
